Community input is essential to DoTH's understanding of local needs and priorities. Previous feedback has been invaluable for this Study, just as future engagement will be. The Public Involvement Plan guides the study’s future outreach and outlines all engagement activities, such as Public Information Meetings, Corridor Advisory Committee Meetings, and community surveys.

How to Participate

Upcoming Activities
A third Corridor Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting and a second Public Information Meeting are planned to be held in June 2025 / August 2025, respectively. The format for these meetings will be assessed closer to the date of the meeting; however, it is anticipated that the CAC meeting will be conducted virtually and the Public Meeting will be in-person. Public notification will be made through email campaigns and press releases at least two weeks before the scheduled meetings. For those impacted directly by the project, additional notices may be provided.

If you would like to be notified of the public meeting, subscribe to our project newsletter.
Share Your Feedback
This study will ensure the design alternative meets the needs of the community through learning from and collaborating with the local communities along the corridor.  We continually welcome more community engagement. If you wish to provide input, please reach out to the project team. We welcome comments throughout the study and look forward to working with you to improve Plainfield Road!
