Public Involvement Plan
The Public Involvement Plan outlines the goals, activities, and timeline of stakeholder outreach for the Plainfield Road Phase I Study. The framework established in the Public Involvement Plan is used to guide the collection and organization of input from all stakeholders. Stakeholder feedback is used to support the project team in identifying local challenges and provide input into the alternatives and design for consideration. The Public Involvement Plan is a dynamic document that will be revised and updated as necessary throughout the project.
Community input is essential to understand local needs and priorities. The invaluable feedback acquired through various engagement activities is used to guide the recommendations and plans for Plainfield Road. Thus far, a Public Information Meeting and two Corridor Advisory Committee Meetings have been held, along with a community survey. Read the Public Involvement Plan today! |
